Stephan Laboratory Facilities

Scope, delivery and field execution.

CWI was contracted to construct a new USGBC LEED Silver agronomic laboratory facility, greenhouse and greenhouse headhouse. The project included sitework, asphalt paving and striping, utility systems, an underground sanitary lift station, a stormwater harvesting cistern and irrigation pump, foundation and structure, plus mechanical, electrical, plumbing and solar panel systems.
